We gather every Sunday at 9am for worship and 10:30 am or LIFE Groups (Sunday School).
Because stepping into any new environment can be a little intimidating, we want to give you
an idea of what to expect when you visit with us at Grace Point. We hope you’ll find the Grace
Point Church family to be just that … a family. We laugh often, talk a lot, make mistakes,
share life, and grow together. We have many diverse interests and personalities, but what we
have in common is Jesus Christ. We invite you to come as you are, observe, and participate
however you are comfortable.
Worship
We believe true worship is an encounter with the living God. We’re not professional
performers putting on a “good show”, we’re real people seeking to encounter the living God
in spirit and truth. We’re not trying to ‘wow’ you with our music or preaching. We are seeking
to be authentic and heart-felt worshipers of King Jesus. During the worship service we will
read from the Bible, pray together, sing together, study the Bible together and give together.
We believe worship should be engaging and unifying. Our music is a mix of new modern
worship music, as well as more traditional music and Gospel music. Our passion is not
about style but about substance.
Dress
Many people are concerned about what to wear when they come to Grace Point. We have
only one requirement – that you wear clothes. Seriously, we are much more concerned about
what’s going on inside of a person, than what they are wearing on the outside. If it helps you
out, most of our folks dress casual and comfortable, so just come as you are.
Children
We love children and provide a safe and warm environment for them during our services. You
are welcome to keep your children with you through the whole service, but we also provide
special care and services for kids. Every Sunday we offer nursery care for infants – 4 yrs old.
If you would like for your child to be cared for during the worship service, please contact one
of the Greeters for information about the Nursery. For older children, Pastor Miller will call
them forward for a children’s sermon and then they will have the opportunity to go to
KidsPoint Worship for age appropriate worship and bible study.
